Information Last. handles

Content you create

The App lets you create and manage information such as:

• Thing names and custom labels;
• reset dates and reset history, including corrections and undo status;
• selected colors and icons;
• nudge preferences;
• generated print recipes, print metadata, and favorites;
• archive status and other App settings; and
• a random print identity value used to keep generated artwork consistent.

This is your content. It is stored locally unless you use the private iCloud sync described below or choose to export or share it.

The App does not request access to your contacts, calendars, microphone, precise location, health data, or advertising identifier.

Information stored on your devices

Last. stores your content and settings in its app container and, where needed, in a shared App Group container used by the App's widgets. The App may send a bounded copy of selected presentation data and reset commands between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's Watch connectivity services.

Widgets, notifications, Apple Watch complications, and Live Activities can display information outside the main App. Depending on the feature and your settings, this may include a Thing name, its elapsed day count, recent history, or print artwork. Anyone who can view your unlocked device, Lock Screen, Home Screen, Apple Watch, or Dynamic Island may be able to see that information. Last. provides generic or reduced-detail presentation in privacy-sensitive states where supported, and lets you control relevant Live Activity name display and notification settings.

Private iCloud sync

Automatic sync is available only with verified paid access. When paid access is active, you are signed in to iCloud, sync is not manually paused, and the App is in Standard mode, Last. sends the following to Apple's CloudKit service:

• Things and their names, labels, colors, icons, settings, and archive state;
• reset records and their dates;
• generated print recipes and print favorites; and
• the random print identity value needed to reproduce your prints consistently on your devices.

This data is stored in the private database for Last. in your iCloud account. Apple states that a user's private CloudKit database is available only to that user by default and that its contents count toward the user's iCloud storage. Last. does not use a public CloudKit database for this content and does not add a feature for sharing this database with other users.

Free users do not receive automatic CloudKit sync. If a paid membership expires or sync is paused, the App stops syncing but does not automatically delete your local content or the existing copy in iCloud.

On-device only is a paid privacy control that pauses CloudKit sync. Turning it on keeps your Last. content off iCloud from that device, but it does not delete content already stored in iCloud. You can separately delete Last.'s cloud data as described in Your choices and deletion below.

Apple processes iCloud and CloudKit information under Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases and membership verification

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card or bank-account details.

Last. uses RevenueCat to retrieve available purchase options, validate App Store transactions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and determine whether premium and cloud features should be available. RevenueCat may process:

• an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID;
• App Store receipt and purchase history, product, entitlement, subscription, trial, renewal, and expiration information;
• App and device technical information needed to operate the service; and
• service-request information such as IP address and request time.

Last. disables RevenueCat's automatic device-identifier collection and does not send RevenueCat your name, email address, Thing names, custom text, reset history, precise personal timestamps, print images, or CloudKit identifiers. RevenueCat may still create an anonymous identifier needed to associate purchase status with this installation. Purchase and entitlement checks continue in On-device only mode so the App can restore purchases and enforce paid access.

RevenueCat processes this information for us under its Privacy Policy and applicable data-processing terms.

Privacy-filtered analytics and diagnostics

Last. asks before collecting or sending anonymous analytics and diagnostics. If you choose Allow anonymous analytics, Last. uses TelemetryDeck to understand whether features work, measure broad product usage, and diagnose reliability and performance problems. If you choose Not now, collection remains off. Whenever you turn analytics off, Last. stops collecting and sending new product analytics and diagnostics and deletes signals still waiting to be sent.

When enabled, Last. sends only a closed set of events and values, such as:

• App opens and broad screen or feature interactions;
• coarse count ranges, rather than the names of Things;
• selected built-in color, icon, poster style, widget family, or feature type;
• closed result categories for resets, shares, notifications, purchases, sync, and Live Activities; and
• privacy-filtered performance and diagnostic measurements such as launch time, memory use, animation hitch ratios, hangs, and crashes.

These signals can include a one-way hash of a randomly generated installation identifier and a random session identifier. We use them only to distinguish anonymous installations or sessions for product and reliability analysis. We do not connect them to a name, email address, Apple Account, RevenueCat customer record, advertising profile, or other directly identifying information.

Analytics and diagnostics do not include Thing names, custom text, search text, reset dates, other precise personal timestamps, print images, CloudKit record identifiers, advertising identifiers, exact purchase revenue, or raw provider identifiers. Last. does not use analytics for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.

TelemetryDeck states that it does not store IP addresses and that its app analytics uses anonymized identifiers. TelemetryDeck processes these signals under its Privacy Policy and explains its App data practices in its Privacy FAQ.

After you allow them, privacy-filtered analytics and diagnostics continue in On-device only mode unless you turn them off. That mode controls CloudKit synchronization, not these limited service signals. You can change the analytics choice separately at any time.

Notifications

Nudges, optional ideas, and optional membership reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification system. Last. does not use a push notification server. Notification permission is requested when you enable a feature that needs it, and optional ideas and membership reminders are off by default.

A Thing nudge may display the Thing's name in a local notification. The App's analytics may record only the notification's closed category and whether it was scheduled or opened; it does not receive the Thing name or notification text.

Photos, exports, archives, and sharing

When you choose to save a print or reveal video to Photos, Last. requests permission to add that item to your photo library. The App does not request permission to browse your photo library.

When you export a .lastarchive, Last. creates a user-controlled backup that contains your Things, reset history, print recipes, favorites, and random print identity value. CloudKit account and record identifiers are not included. When you share a print, video, or archive, it is sent to the destination you select through Apple's share interface.

Files you save, export, or share are then controlled by you, the selected recipient, and the selected storage or sharing service. Their handling is governed by those parties' privacy policies, not this one.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any screenshots or files you attach. We use it to respond, troubleshoot, protect the App, and keep appropriate support records. Please do not include sensitive personal content unless it is necessary for us to help you.

How we use information

We use information only to:

• provide, maintain, and secure the App;
• save, display, synchronize, export, and restore features you request;
• process purchases and verify access to paid features;
• provide local notifications you enable;
• understand feature use in aggregate;
• diagnose crashes, hangs, performance issues, errors, abuse, or fraud;
• respond to support requests; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use your personal Last. content to advertise to you, build an advertising profile, or train a generative artificial-intelligence model.

When information is disclosed

We disclose information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. Apple provides the App Store, CloudKit, Photos, notifications, widgets, Watch connectivity, and Live Activities. RevenueCat provides purchase and entitlement infrastructure. TelemetryDeck provides privacy-focused analytics processing. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.
• At your direction. We send exports and shared items to the person, app, or service you select.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, valid legal process, or enforceable government requests; protect rights, safety, and security; or investigate fraud or abuse.
• Business transfer. If responsibility for Last. is transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may transfer subject to this policy and applicable law.

We require third-party processors acting on our behalf to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law. Apple also handles information under the privacy terms that apply to the Apple services you choose to use.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Last. contains no active third-party ad SDK or ad request at launch.

Retention

• Local App content remains on your device until you delete content where the App provides that control, delete the App, or erase the device. Deleting the App does not necessarily delete an existing iCloud copy or files you previously exported.
• CloudKit content remains in your private iCloud database until you delete Last.'s cloud data, manage it through Apple where available, or Apple deletes it under its policies. A membership expiring does not automatically delete it.
• Analytics and diagnostics while enabled may remain temporarily queued on the device while offline and are removed from the local queue after successful delivery. Turning analytics off deletes signals still waiting to be sent. TelemetryDeck may retain anonymized event data according to its retention practices. Because we do not connect this data to your identity, we may not be able to locate an individual event in response to a personal-data request.
• Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to provide purchase history, restore access, prevent fraud, meet accounting or legal duties, and resolve disputes, under their applicable retention policies.
• Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Your choices and deletion

You can control your information in the following ways:

• Cloud sync: A verified paid member can turn on On-device only to pause CloudKit sync, or manually pause sync where the App offers that control.
• Delete cloud data: In Last.'s Settings, choose Delete cloud data to permanently delete Last.'s Things, reset history, prints, and favorites from its private CloudKit zone. This keeps the local copy and pauses sync on that device. Another device with sync still active could upload its local copy again, so pause sync on other devices as well if you want the deletion to remain complete.
• Local data: Delete content using available App controls, or delete the App to remove its local app container. User-created exports must be deleted from the location where you saved or shared them.
• Notifications: Disable individual reminder categories in Last.'s Settings or change Last.'s notification permission in system Settings.
• Live Activities and visible names: Change the relevant settings in Last. or end active Live Activities.
• Anonymous analytics: Anonymous analytics remains off until you allow it on the first-launch explanation or in Settings → Anonymous analytics. You can turn it off or back on at any time. Turning it off stops new analytics and diagnostic collection and deletes signals waiting to be sent. It does not affect App features, purchase verification, or content already processed in de-identified form.
• Photos: Change Last.'s Photos permission in system Settings.
• Purchases: Restore purchases in Last. and manage subscriptions using Apple's subscription-management tools.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information we control, or to appeal a privacy-request decision. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority. Contact us using the details below. We may need enough information to verify and fulfill your request, but Last. has no developer account system and some data is held only on your device, in your private iCloud database, or in de-identified form that we cannot associate with you.

Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including Apple's protected app storage, private CloudKit storage, encrypted network connections, bounded service payloads, and separation of personal App content from analytics and purchase attributes. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers. See the linked provider policies for their locations and transfer practices.

Children

Last. is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a child's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided such information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our providers, or applicable law. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice when required. If a future release activates advertising, adds a new cloud provider, changes analytics providers, or materially changes data use, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that change ships.
